Dear Frustrated Marketer,

When it comes to business, there's just one, tiny little thing that separates those who will be wildly successful... From those who are going to fail miserably.

And crazy enough, no one EVER talks about it.

Until now.

It doesn't matter if you have an online business, or a real-world small business.

It doesn't matter if you’re into internet marketing, affiliate marketing, network marketing, or don’t even know where to start.

It doesn't matter what system you're following, or what market you're in...

It doesn't matter how much experience you have...

And it certainly doesn't matter what you're selling.

None of it matters, because...

Ever wonder how some of the biggest, most profitable companies in the world got that way?

Think about it.

Think about Harley Davidson.

Did you know Harley Davidson was started in a shed in Wisconsin, by a couple guys who were determined to motorize a bicycle? Last year they did 4.86 billion dollars in net sales!

Or think about Apple.

Apple was also started in a garage... By two young guys in California with a love for computers. They just closed a 76.2 BILLION dollar fiscal year.

I think it's a really good question.

Well... One thing they have in common is they started small with a big idea, maybe like you.

But they have another important similarity:

Both Harley Davidsion and Apple have loyal communities that keep active through clubs, events, forums, newsletters, blogs...

They both have very loyal, very rabid fan bases.

These people buy everything - Products, services, memberships, clothing...

Apple fans are OBSESSED with Apple. Same with Harley fans. And both companies reap huge rewards from having such a captive audience.

So... How did they get such loyal customers?

They got them by creating a culture.

I have to ask... Are you building a culture around your business? If not, that's why you aren't getting the results you want.

Look, it's not your fault. You are just going about your Marketing the wrong way... Because you were taught to focus on the wrong thing.

You forgot to think about the bigger picture.

Maybe you heard about some hot new online system, and rushed off to buy this course, and that course...

Blogging. Affiliate Marketing. Niche websites. Automated Traffic software.

You tried to build everything under the sun...

And none of it works. Why?

Because these systems teach you how to build stuff that's BORING!

In fact, as much as I hate to say it...

Your websites and advertisements are really, REALLY boring.

They have no personality. And none of the Marketing books, Marketing experts, or "gurus" on the Internet teach you how to be original, memorable, and INTERESTING. No one teaches how to speak directly to an audience in a way that's captivating.

That's what it takes to build a rabid audience.

That's what it takes to build a culture.

Hi. My name is Erik Stafford, and I know a thing or two about building relationships.

You see, I worked in the Advertising Industry for a lot of years.

And whenever we signed a new client, we would ALWAYS start by taking them through the same,
3-step process I'm about to show you.

This "system" that I learned and perfected while working in Advertising made our clients ALOT of money.

Millions and millions of dollars. We applied it for hotels, insurance companies, chiropractors, car rental businesses, restaurants...

Even Fortune 500 companies. The client didn't matter, and the market didn't matter...

I won ARDA awards and AAF-ADDY awards. And as great as it was to have happy clients and get recognized for my work... It sucked. I was working 60-80 hours a week.

I NEVER saw my kids. I was stressed out. Burned out. I would stumble home from the office, sometimes at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, and fall into bed, exhausted...

And I would lie there. Staring at the ceiling, with the same question running 'round in my head like a broken record...

All I needed was an audience... And an offer to put in front of them. I knew my "culture building" system would do the rest.

The first step to building a culture is to find your audience. You might think I'm talking about Keyword Research, if you've been trying to build an Internet business...

But that's just the start.

You've probably heard the phrase "If you are trying to sell to everyone, you won't sell to anyone" and it's totally true. You need to find an audience, and then drill down to a very specific group of people within that audience. That's where the money is.

For instance, if your specialty is helping pregnant women to release stress through yoga movements…

You wouldn't want to attract "people who are interested in Yoga", right? You would want "Pregnant women who are interested in Yoga" instead.

Make sense?

And you want to use a language that lets them know you understand their needs. Words like "safe", "caring", and "doctor-approved."

This brings us to the second step, which is to speak the language of your audience.

You need to hone in on a very select group of people... And then speak to them as a fellow member of that tribe. Someone who shares their problems.

Someone who shares the same questions, wants, desires and needs as they do.

Each audience speaks it's own language. Every audience has specific words and terms that are unique to that market. And you need to know those terms and phrases in order to effectively communicate with them.

Otherwise, they will see you as an outsider. An outsider who is trying to sell to them, to add insult to injury!

And you will never get past that initial barrier and form a relationship.

Finally, you need to create a persona your audience is going to identify with. This is critical, because people tend to make "snap judgements" about others, based on very little information.

It's almost a gut reaction.

Have you ever met someone, and immediately you didn't like them? Maybe you didn't know why... But you just kinda had a feeling?

We all do this. And we do it ALL THE TIME. And that's the final barrier you need to cross in order to build relationships with your audience. You need to look like them.

You need to sound like them.

For example, if you are 90 years old and can hardly walk, you probably shouldn't be selling a jogging or running product. Right?

Because it just isn't believable.

On the flip side, if you're young, fit, and hip on the latest trends and music... Well, you probably shouldn't be selling products to help elderly folks plan their retirements.

Once you get past your prospects immediate defenses (language and appearance) you can start to talk to them on a level they will understand.

And the way you do that is by crafting a persona.

You don't want to LIE, and create a ficticious character... But rather you want to chisel away at yourself, like Michelangelo would, and find a unique positioning.

When you do, your audience is going to listen to you. Because they trust you.

So, in late 2006, I started working on my first Internet business, using these three steps as a guide.

In April of 2007, I opened the doors...

And of course my business took off like a rocket. I knew it would.

$7,345.00 the first month.

By the end of the first year, I had racked up over $128,000 in profits. Needless to say, I quit my job :-)

The next year, I DOUBLED my income... And started working A LOT less. Now, it's not uncommon for me to sell over $30,000 a month with just one of my websites!

Check it out:

And, while the money's nice... It's not what I'm MOST grateful for. I'm most grateful for the amazing life I get to live, each and every day!

Well, first of all... Don't you DARE spend one more dollar on advertising without putting these simple, yet incredibly powerful methods into place.

And for goodness sake, stop throwing niche sites online and stuffing them with the same lousy content!

This stuff doesn't work.

If you're doing either of these things, you might as well throw your money AND your time right in the garbage. It's simply NOT possible to build the business of your dreams without Culture Crafting.

The Culture Crafting formula is based on tried and true persuasion methods, and NOT trendy sales gimmicks.

Once you begin using these tactics, they never need updating or amending.

I've created a course that's proven to help you find and connect with your audience... And create lasting relationships with them. And I've organized it into an incredibly powerful delivery system so you get the maximum results possible.

I call it Culture Crafting and the few insiders I've shared it with have been blown away by the power of it.

In Culture Crafting, you'll discover:

The 5-step plan that makes finding a hungry crowd child’s play...

How to become the only choice in your market... In just 30 days.

Ways to pinpoint your "ideal" customers with blinding precision...

How to turn strangers into customers, and customers into repeat buyers.

5 persuasion hacks that make selling a breeze...

How to craft a persona that your audience will welcome with open arms!

Culture Crafting is a four week, email based training.

That's right - The entire course is delivered via email.

I refuse to give you a 200 page PDF eBook or 30 training videos. We both know that method of learning doesn't work. That eBook or those videos will just sit there in a dark corner of your computer, collecting dust.

Instead, you'll get one simple lesson each day via email:

Targeting an audience goes way past doing 20 minutes of keyword research with the Google Keyword tool. That's what we cover in Week #1: The RIGHT WAY to target an audience.

It's SUPER important.

FINDING your audience is just the beginning though…

Once you find them, you need to learn to speak to them by understanding who they are. What drives them. What makes them tick.

This is what we cover in the second Week. By the time you hit day 15 of this course, you are going to have a better understanding of your prospects than 90% of the other Marketers in the world.

No joke.

Once you understand your audience on this sort of a level, it becomes REALLY easy to speak to them.

In Week #3, I will show you how. We will create a persona that speaks to your audience in a language they understand and respond to. The battle is pretty much won at this point.

When you have such a clear understanding of your audience, and have presented them with an identity they automatically respond to…

The rest is easy.

In Week #4 I will share several persuasion and communication tricks with you... But honestly, by then it won't matter.

Follow the steps, and your audience will already be embracing you with wallets open.
